The Holidays Are Here

We have wrapped up our holiday orders and are home for the holidays. We've enjoyed so much photographing families and children this holiday season, and we had a wonderful wedding this past weekend at St. Clements Castle in Portland, CT. The snow was on the ground and it made for a remarkable evening. Thank you to all who visited with us and allowed us to photograph your lives.

This is the time of year we reflect on what the past year was like and dream of what the next year will in entail. The fact is, we don't know, we can only make decisions that we feel are right and approach everything and everyone with love. 2007 was an incredible year and we feel blessed.

We will be out of the office until January 2nd in order to spend much needed time with family and friends. We want to wish everyone a safe and happy holiday and a fantastic New Year. May you all be blessed with a loving, healthy, and prosperous 2008.

Jennifer Maring on Sirius Radio

We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. It is hard to believe it is December. Working from our home office today, Sunday, and it is the first snowfall of the year. It is a gorgeous view from the office window. As much as I don't like the cold, I do love the snow.

We've met so many new people this month filming for TogetherInStyle.com. Jennifer has interviewed event planner Marcy Blum, the entire Priscilla of Boston design team, celebrity cake designer Sylvia Weinstock, and many others. Season two which goes live in January will certainly add a lot of depth to the site.

Yesterday she was live on the radio in central Florida on a talk show called "It's not your mother's wedding". A fun show that talks about all sorts of wedding topics. Catch her December 6th on Sirius Satellite Radio on Martha Stewart's Channel starting at 8am where she will discuss wedding photography and what's to come on Together In Style.
