Denver Speaking Engagement

I wanted to shout out a special thanks to ISES (International Special Event Society), for having me speak in Denver this week as part of the Wedding Dream Team. The Denver show took place at the new Ritz Carlton, which was gorgeous. The event sold out with more members attending than ever before, and the stage and decor was stunning. Thank you so much to everyone for attending to hear us speak.

It was very humbling experience to have photographers come up to me saying that I had changed their entire careers and lives when they saw us speak years ago. We have gained quite

a following, but I never know what to say in those situations except that we are in love with what we do.

The truth is, that we have our trials and tribulations. We takes educated risks and are very lucky that we have found our way to a successful business. No one really knows what is going to be a great idea and what won't. We simply follow our gut and listen to our hearts. Sometimes great things come out of it. Other times we fail. But I've always believed that the great times are only great because you struggle at others. Most of all we are good at listening to our clients and trying to find ways that create win/win situations.

Special thanks to Frances Marron of Frances Photography in Denver for sending me some great photographs of the speaking engagement. Man, I have got to get back to Colorado. I lived there for a couple of years and just to be there for a day and see snow on the mountains while it is 90 degrees outside is mind blowing. Thank you again ISES, I had a great time!
